With so many varieties of wood, the possibilities are endless for woodworkers, both young and old, novice and experienced! People can use the various types of wood for woodworking projects, decorating their homes, and—when enjoying the great outdoors—kindling. One interesting thing to note is that even among the various hardwoods, some are softer or less dense than some of the softwoods. The different properties possessed by the wood will certainly make a difference depending on the project that it will be used.
