With the use of various social media platforms by evangelicals on the rise, the freedom to voice opinions, ask questions, and share personal traumas has risen along with it. With this new found freedom, abuse is no longer being swept under the rug, rather, families are now watching various loved ones question the faith, tenants, and constructs that they were raised to believe in. Some watch with joy and thankfulness, but some watch with fear, hostility, and anger.

Silence is being broken as the abuse of all forms is being realized. Questions are being asked. Validation is being found. Foundations are being restored and recreated.
