What happens when our students don’t meet their predicted milestone? As we work through the concerns we have, we start to assess the needs of our students and to ask the questions necessary to see how those needs can best be met. Whether it is an emotional delay, an underlying medical issue, or a behavioral concern, we can come alongside our students and help them discover how to thrive in their normal.
Unmet milestones are something to be explored and not to be feared, especially when you are able to reach out and ask questions of medical professionals and fellow homeschool families.
